im actually pretty good at losing weight, Bulimic in the past (wouldnt recommend it) but i know how to shift a couple stone,

do people always ask fatties for weight loss advice on here?! im not sayin im skinny, not even close, but at least i have knowledge of how to lose a considerable amount of weight.
