so ive been on a pretty steady low calorie diet... never exceeding 1000 cals... the first week i lost about 5-7 lbs, and now (going into the 2nd week) nothing since monday.
ive been taking green tea pills as well as walking uphill at a pretty steep grade a mile and a half each day.
what am i doing wrong? :[
the first week of dieting is where you shed the most weight, then it will slow down and keep to a steady weight loss of only 2-3lb a week. you’re not doing anything wrong by the sounds of things.
try having an early dinner everyday and not eating after about 6pm, going to bed hungry always helps me and i always wake up feeling lighter :)
